You will have your own private walkway & patio entrance with key code. Come and go as you like. The apartment is tucked away on the backside of our property. Apartment is the lower level of the house with a walkout patio. The house is on a beautiful tree lined cul-de-sac in a safe, quiet neighborhood where you see people walking, running and biking daily. The backyard patio faces a tiny creek with a little bridge, large lawn, gazebo and woods at the edge of the property. Quite the find where woods border the back and you are likely to see some deer wandering by. Perfect for a couple, close friends or the solo traveler.
I am retired and opened up the lower level apartment in Sept. 2019 to the short-term travel world. I have had over 100, 5* reviews between all the travel platforms and really love the variety of guests. Making people's visits as comfortable as possible is a real pleasure. I have lived here over 37 years and landscaping on the property is my husband, Tom's passion. Nothing is more rewarding than to hear people come down the walkway and see the view and say, WOW! I love this view!!!
Conveniently located at 435 & Holmes Rd, where you can quickly get anywhere you need to go in KC area. Located on the KC Metro Bus line or Uber & Lyft are available. Just up the street are a variety of restaurant choices from coffee shop to finer dining as well as a grocery, pharmacy, liquor & gas merchants. Food delivery is also an option for most restaurants thru Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub & Postmates.
