Location was really good with public transport nearby & easy access from train station Didn't have breakfast

We were in town for the Chiefs parade. Front desk staff was exceptionally great. They went above and beyond to help accommodate parking and store our bags for us even after we had checked out of our room.

Very beautiful hotel with an 'old money' style! The staff is friendly and offers parking service. The bedroom is spacious with a nice workstation, a good-sized bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean. There's a pub and a restaurant in the hotel.

New hotel, the mattress was firm and big, we loved it. Spacious bathroom shower. Super big TV for the room hahaha. There is a Conair steamer for your clothes, this was really cool. The mini fridge was also very handy! The location is really ideal, walking distance to the power and light district (including TMobile center).

The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and plenty of options. Wonderful hot shower with decent pressure!

Location. Extremely professional, courteous and friendly staff. Massive clean and comfortable bedding and rooms. Shower pressure great. Views great. 24 hour check in handy when you come in at midnight from a delayed train. Art deco impressive. Restaurant and bar attached to hotel delicious. Love the cocktails. Totally safe to stay here for a solo traveller. Up the road from Australian Bakery of you need a fix of vegemite and meat pies.

Good location, 25 min from airport, walk to restaurants, bars, and some other venues. Very clean. Easy check in. Everything for a nice stay. Bonus- loved the downstairs bartender.

The location was great. It’s an uphill stroll to the streetcar which takes you from UMKC/Plaza all the way to City Market. I barely needed to drive. Filling Station Coffee is right across the street. The room was very sizable for being described as cozy. That was a pleasant surprise. The greeting chocolates from Christopher Elbow were a tasty touch. The bathroom was roomy and the rain shower head was excellent. All furnishings were well thought out and comfortable. I know there were other guests but I never heard them. The room was very private and quiet.

It was quiet. In a good location. Walked to the T mobile centre just down the road.
