The luxury 4 BEDROOM/3.5 BATHROOM home that SLEEPS UP TO 12 PEOPLE, with enough room to spread out comfortably in this impressive 2000 square feet of luxuriously appointed living space, which includes 1 KING BED, 1 QUEEN BED, 2 TWIN BEDS, 4 FULL BEDS (Bunk Room) AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB.

This vacation home has one of the best location and views available in the popular Bear Trail neighborhood which is situated on a hill overlooking the mountains and ski runs, and is only a short 5 minute drive away from Winter Park Resort. The FREE resort shuttle is near the home which will drop you off in the middle of the new resort base village and includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other resort attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street from the villa is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation.
