Affordable Lodging in Downtown Edgartown, Martha’s Vineyard Located a short walk from Edgartown’s waterfront, shops, and restaurants, Edgartown Commons is the perfect hotel for your Martha’s Vineyard vacation. Our studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are a great value and offer all the amenities of home. Your family will love our pool, playground, and picnic area complete with barbeque grills. Our units are all apartments with kitchens and living rooms designed for longer stays. We have picnic areas with charcoal grills, a pool and a playground so the fun doesn't end when you get back to the hotel after enjoying all that Martha's Vineyard has to offer. We are also one of the only hotels in downtown Edgartown with onsite parking.

Located in downtown Edgartown, just a few minutes walk from the marina, shops, restaurants and a movie theater. The island's most popular public beaches are also minutes away. Not bringing a vehicle?
