This is a very nice 2 story apartment, equipped with everything you need. It is bright and airy, and has its own patio. The owner sent the lockbox key code by text, so it was easy to enter when we arrived. The apartment was spotless. Although it is attached to the main house it was completely quiet - we couldn't hear a thing. It's also in the back so you don't hear street noise. There's lots of parking, and the location on College Hill is fantastic. It's cozy and warm.
