Large Family Room Single Level Cathedral ceilings in Living Room & Family Room. Cathedral ceilings & Fireplace in Living Room, Wood burning Fireplace (also gas) in Family Room. Pets Considered with Additional Deposit Gardening & Pool Service Included. Access to Hope Ranch Beach. Amenities at include a spacious Chef’s kitchen including a Miele dishwasher, two 24" ovens & gas cook top, garbage disposal, refrigerator, granite countertops, reverse osmosis filter system (instant hot & cold R/O water), icemaker, island with its own sink and garbage disposal, Breakfast Bar, etc. It has a great walk-in pantry for storage, and its own laundry room.

Exclusive hope ranch location, next to private Laguna Blanca school, Laguna golf course, on fabulous elegant Las Palmas drive, lined with gorgeous canary palms, easy access to state street, downtown Santa Barbara, shopping and famous Santa Barbara Zoo and pier. Hope ranch is an elite area of town which offers a gated private ocean beach access only to its residents and their guests. The gated entry is accessed by electronic key with parking, picnic tables, and outdoor showers. The beach goes on as far as you can see. It is very fine sand and gorgeous. You can walk your dog and even ride a horse on the beach here. The expansive 1.5 acre property enjoys a pool with majestic Canary Palm tree, gardens, and an ideal location in hope ranch with access to tennis courts and 22 miles of equestrian trails. There are also private tennis courts available for our guests. Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is large, spacious and clean, with over 3500 square feet on 1 plus acres of land, with a sparkling clean pool and cabana. The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a center island.
