*The elevator at Fourwinds Condominiums will be replaced starting the beginning of April and will take up to 8 weeks. If you don't mind taking the stairs, please inquire for a discounted rate.* This lovely beachfront one-bedroom one-bathroom unit has recently been updated and is a must-see! It features tile throughout, granite countertops, new furniture, and of course gorgeous beach views from the 5th-floor balcony! Important Things To Note: Renters must be at least 25 years of age. Booking comes with 1 paid parking pass. If you need a 2nd parking pass, please inform management company at least 24 hours in advance. Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act). According to the ADA "Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities" "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."

This is a beachfront unit located on the fifth floor of the Four Winds condominium complex in Orange Beach. The Four Winds condominium is a low density complex consisting of only thirty-six units and is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, arcades, putt-putt golf, and souvenir shops.
