Our 3000+sf is the ideal getaway. 5 Bedrooms (7 beds), 3 Bathrooms, Private Pool, Billiards/Ping Pong Table and newly remodeled interior features a Fireplace, multiple large Smart TV's and tons more! Relax outside in our spacious Private Backyard including a Pool, BBQ, Firepit, outdoor seating and beautiful outdoor lighting! If you look closely, you may spot our pet dinosaur (Rusty the T-Rex)! Looking for adventure? Take a short trip to the Las Vegas Strip, Lake Mead, hiking trails or fabulous golf courses! Details Upstairs includes 4 Bedrooms (2 King and 2 Queen) including a large master with private bathroom and walk-in closet. Large upstairs Loft with Sofa (converts to a sleeper) as well as an additional full bathroom! Quiet Neighborhood with nearby shopping and restaurants. Please be advised , the City of Henderson has strict "quiet hours" starting at 10pm each night. There is also a strict guest limit of 12, no parties or events are allowed. This is to protect the neighbors and is enforced by the Henderson Police Dept. Violators of these rules will be fined and cited by the City and are subject to immediate removal from the property. We appreciate your efforts to keep our neighborhood quiet and peaceful.
