This nautical-themed condo in the manicured Monterey-Gage community will put you right in the heart of Carlsbad Village for your next small family getaway! Take a short walk to the beach each morning, where you can spend the day swimming, boogie boarding, or sunbathing. In the evening, the kids can frolic on the lawn as you barbecue summer favorites on one of the complex's two shared gas grills. Afterward, you can curl up with a good book or watch your favorite movie or TV show.

Neighborhood info

You won't have much need to drive at Monterey-Gage, because you're already in the heart of the village! Within a couple blocks, you'll find the beach and an assortment of shops and restaurants to peruse. There's also a convenience store right across the street. Public transportation is available, as well, with the train station only a half-mile away and a bus stop right in front of the property (which connects to such local attractions as Oceanside Pier and the Birch Aquarium). Things to know: There are beach toys and two chairs available. A train passes by near this home.
