Everything was super clean and the linens/towels were great. The hot tub and yard were top knotch and great for relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were impressive.

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Holly Lodge in Windham, NY. Our home is a recently renovated house that has the thoughtful charm to be your home away from home, but also includes many of the in-home amenities you might expect from a resort hotel. Nestled just east of the Town of Windham, the house is only a 7 min drive to Windham Mountain and approximately 20 min drive to Hunter Mountain. The location is perfect for winter skiing, sledding, and snowboarding. In the fall, hike below the beautiful foliage, and in the spring/summer be sure to check out the nearby swimming holes, more hiking, antiquing, and local farms & vineyards.

There are two markets nearby as well as a wine & liquor store for your convenience. This house is so well located that you will find great Food & Drink options moments away, including Chicken Run, Brandywine Restaurant, Messina LaGriglia Ristorante, Catskill Mountain Country Store - Windham, The Windham Local, Millrock Restaurant, and Vineyard at Windham. Just a little further away (25 or so minute drive) you’ll find some of New York State's finest breweries including Hunter Mountain Brewery and West Kill Brewing. If you are looking for the great outdoors, there’s something for everyone - year round. In the town of Windham (just minutes away) you’ll find skiing in the winter with 85 skiable acres and 54 trails over two peaks, 6 terrain parks and 11 lifts. “The Windham Mountain Adventure Park offers family fun, day and night during the winter season. Six lanes of exhilarating snow tubing serviced by a conveyor lift, kids snowmobiles, and a comfy lodge.
