Historic Liberty Wells. This neighborhood derives its name sake from the turn of the century when this area served a pump station for the area. No home was built after 1930 which has left an abundance of architectural detail and charm not found in newer hastily built areas. A laundromat and coffee shop are steps away from the home. Groceries and convenience stores/fast food can be found minutes away. The home is located 4 blocks away from one of the city's oldest and largest parks- Liberty Park. Boasting ponds, jogging/walking trails, tennis courts, playgrounds, world class aviary and numerous historical sites - the park truly has something for all. The space is located minutes from the major highways (I-80 and I-15) A bus stop is 2 doors away and a track station is a few minutes drive/15 min walk. Electric scooter/ ebike rentals can be found nearby. Street parking is readily available and driveway of the home can fit 3-4 cars.
