This is an open floorplan with the bedrooms off the foyer and living room, making them private from one another. The large master features a king size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a large flat screen TV. In the hallway to your private attached bathroom, is a spacious walk in closet and stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The living room features a large flat screen TV. WIFI info is located on the TV stand in the living room for your convenience. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity sink. Guest bedroom #2 perfect for kids featuring a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top. The unit is equipped with all bath towels, bed linens, extra pillows/linens for pullout, beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. The pool area is shared between a total of 3 units. It features a shared Weber grill, 4 shared lounge chairs, and 4 small dining sets. The pool is cleaned on Thursdays and has a pool cleaner that can be taken out while in use. Grilling utensils are inside of each unit and must be brought back into their designated units after each use. No parties and no extra guests over the maximum occupancy that your unit allows. This will result in a charge and you will be asked to leave the property with no refund. There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay.
