This vintage, classic, oceanfront Folly Beach home features a ton of deck space and access to one of the most secluded areas of the beach - good thing there's an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic, Just Beachy is an older, quirky Folly Beach-style house that does not have all of the bells and whistles of newer constructed homes. However, it's well-equipped with two levels of indoor/outdoor living space to provide a great vacation escape. When you're not down enjoying the surf, get your daily dose of vitamin D out on the ground-level sundeck. Gather all the family chefs into the large kitchen to cook up a five-star bonanza, then dine on the deck overlooking the majestic Gulf. Gather in the spacious living area for a family movie night with popcorn. Kids and adults alike will appreciate the enclosed lower level, featuring a second living area and a game room with a pool table and foosball. (This space is completely enclosed with cinder block and has exposed ductwork, plumbing, etc.; both rooms are shielded from the elements, however, they are technically considered part of the outdoor area.
