Live la bella vita the minute you enter our South Seas Tower 3, 18th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath updated, beautifully decorated and fully stocked resort condo. You will be struck by the endless Gulf of Mexico views visible from the moment you open the door and from the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. Frankly, you will be surprised by the views from the back entry of the condo as well, with beautiful views of Marco Island, Smokehouse Bay and the Jolly Bridge, all visible from the kitchen and guest bedroom as well. You only get these views from the highest floors, 01, 02 and 03 stack of the resort. If sunset is your thing, enjoy it from the large balcony, the living area or the master bedroom. Purchased in November 2020, all furniture, mattresses, linens, kitchen (appliances and accessories) and TVs were newly purchased! We want our guests to love everything about their experience with us, just sit back, relax and enjoy your time on Marco Island. We even provide all the necessities you need for a day at the beach or pool.

Hello! I'm Tricia and my husband is Eric. We are originally from New England, he's from Maine and I'm from the Boston area. We lived in CT for 10 years before we purchased a home on Marco Island in 2018 and, as they say, the rest is history! We have three kids, Tyler, 23, is a US Army 2nd Lieutenant and Madison, 21, is a junior in college that wants to be a Veterinarian and a furry kid, Skipper, 2, a Golden Retriever who lives to swim. We love going to the beach, boating and walking Skipper. Eric loves to golf and fish and I love to cook! Marco Island is pretty spectacular for all fo these reasons! Eric and I work from home which is amazing when home is on a beautiful island. We love to travel so we understand the importance of clean, pristine properties, responsiveness and service. We are excited to share our slice of paradise with you and hope you love it as much as we do!
