RULES & GUIDELINES 🚙 -Please follow parking instructions, parking at someone else's space will cause an added fee of 10/night and could cause your vehicle to be tow. Just ask us where you are allowed to park. It's simple. ⚠️ -Checking in before or checking late will cause an added fee (20/hour). 🛌 - Visitors aren't allowed, and anybody else who enters the property will cause an added fee (20/each). 📣 -No drugs, no parties. 🧺 - Take good care of your bedding and towels. Avoid makeup, hair dye and anything that can stain it. Damaged/Missing will cause an added fee (towels 6p/each) (sheets 15p/each) 🐷 - Pets pay a Cleaning Fee that starts 10/night depending on the size. 🍽 -Cooking is allowed, BUT dirty dishes are not. (25 if we have to wash dirty dishes for you, please don't do that) 🐝 -Keep doors and windows closed to save energy & avoid bugs. (15 for violation of this rule) If you feel the need to leave open a window or door, talk to us first and we will try to help you with your needs. 🚬 -No smoking inside the property. (100) 🗑- At the end of your stay please take all your garbage out to the Green Bin. ♻️ -The Blue Bin is for recycling only. Use it accordingly if you need to. (Never plastic bags) 🎥 -Please be advised that there are security cameras in the property’s common areas. There are no cameras in any private areas, such as bedrooms or bathrooms. Please do not attempt to unplug, cover, or otherwise move any of the security cameras on the property. If you do this, a member of our team will have to go to the property to fix and that will be a penalty of 25. If for any reason you have a concern regarding one of the cameras, please ask us first and we will help you with your concerns. We reserve the right to remove any party or guest from our property if they violate any of these rules.
