Our townhome is located in one of the best locations in Reno, with very close proximity to Midtown and Downtown. With a Walk Score of 95, this is a walker's paradise and daily errands will not require a car. Despite being so close to an urban area, the unit remains very quiet and peaceful, offering a sense of privacy. Downstairs you'll find a roomy living area, with a comfortable sofa and Roku TV including complimentary Netflix, HBO Max, and Hulu. The half-bath downstairs ensures convenience while lounging. Our dining area is complete with all silverware and crockery, with plenty of room to seat the whole family for dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with oil, spices, cookware, utensils, and of course complimentary coffee & tea. Step outside into our peaceful patio area, perfect for dinner on a summer night or your morning coffee. Upstairs offers two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the master also including a remote work friendly desk set up. In both bedrooms you'll find large King beds with immaculately clean linens. Our bathrooms are set up with fresh, clean towels, shampoo/conditioner, & body wash. Enjoy a large vanity and a large shower in the master bathroom

MidTown District is Reno's most lively, unique district in Northern Nevada.
