And that's not all, we are just a stone's throw away from two serene and private sand beaches surrounding the lake. The closest one is just 6 houses away, so you can relax and soak up the sun without the hassle of a long commute. You'll be just steps away from shopping, dining, and entertainment options in this family friendly neighborhood. Take a five-minute drive to the nearby Publix supermarket or go for a leisurely walk on the picturesque Old Cutler Trail. This 13.5-mile route will take you through some of Miami's most beautiful neighborhoods and past popular stops like Matheson Hammock Park and Pinecrest Gardens. For a fun day trip, head over to the Black Point Marina, just 6 miles away. This is Miami's largest public marina and offers a unique outdoor experience, as well as a scenic walking, jogging, and biking path.
