Complete with private pool and hot tub, enormous deck overlooking the ocean, beautiful private yard with a hammock, game tables such as billiards/pool and ping pong, and much more! The home easily sleeps 20 or more people and includes smart TVs in both living rooms as well as all 8 bedrooms! This spectacular ocean front property with 4 king beds among 12 total beds is a rare find and books quick! This large home has 2 separate entrances (one on each floor) which makes renting this house similar to renting 2 ocean front places in 1! Each entrance opens up to a 4 bed, 2 bath unit with it's own kitchen and own living area! Furthermore, the 2 units are not connected on the interior making it perfect for 2 groups who prefer some privacy from each other! The bottom floor and pool area are accessible without any stairs! The yard comes complete with an enormous top of the line park-grade double sided charcoal BBQ grill that swivels, a hammock, and outdoor yard games! Please see floor plans included within the photos!
