Tuck yourself in at Little Blue! This gorgeous 400 square foot cottage is nestled into the trees, just a short walk down the trail from Lake Superior. Clean lines plus an airy open floorplan make for a space that feels cozy and luxurious at the same time. Little Blue has everything you need (and nothing you don't) for a relaxing getaway to the South Shore: a fully outfitted kitchen, full bed, and views of the woods through every window--plus a gorgeous outdoor living space in a peaceful spot.

The South Shore is truly a place to get away from it all, but not so far from modern conveniences that getting food and gas feels like a chore. The guest book contains tips on all the incredible outdoor activities around here, as well as local arts, plus places to get groceries, dine out, grab a drink, etc. This is truly a year-round destination, whether you enjoy outdoor adventure, local cuisine, art, or simply the company of friends & family in one of the most beautiful locations in the northern U.S. The home is just a few minutes from the center of Cornucopia, which has a delightful general store/market, awesome coffee shop, bar/restaurant, and marina. Bayfield is about 25 minutes away, as is Washburn (where you’ll find the largest grocery store in the area). Ashland is about 35 minutes away, with a natural foods co-op, Wal-Mart, and a wider range of shops). Superior & Duluth are an hour and a bit away.
