The living room features a cozy fireplace (with remote controlled candles in it for ambiance), plush seating, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment needs. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.

People are no longer permitted to swim here, but you can walk out along the seawall for a close-up view of the wildlife. Getting around La Jolla is a very walkable town! You can walk across the street to the seaside boardwalk / beach. Walk down there and you can walk all over to posh boutiques, shops, cafes, restaurants, and more! If you want to get to any other parts of San Diego it's best to drive or use Uber / Lyft.
