LUXURY Guayabitas House is a spacious single-family house located in the prestigious Coral Gables neighborhood, 9.6 km from Downtown Miami and 5 km from the international airport. Within walking or bicycling distance to all of the best restaurants in town and 1/2 a mile from Miracle Mile. It offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, one bedroom, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The garden area has an area to enjoy a nice snack surrounded by nature with access to private parking.

I’m Ian. I started to host in order to make a little extra income as young man with a Cuban family. I never realized how much I would enjoy this dynamic and sensitive industry. I ended up doing this full time and enjoying every minute of it. I love and am very fortunate to live in this amazing flavorful and colorful city. Coral Gables is all about walking, eating, meeting up with friends, art galleries and history. This place is extremely centrally located for all types of visitors: It is 20 min from Miami Beach It is 12 min from downtown It is within walking distance or Trolley to the Art Galleries It is a 4 min drive to The Biltmore Hotel or the Venetian Pool It is 40 min to Homestead (with traffic) It is 20 min to Dolphin Mall & 50 min to Sawgrass Mills Mall In March; for Calle Ocho Carnival you are within 10 walking blocks to the Carnival Its a 5 min drive to any of the world famous Bridal Boutiques Its 30 min drive to the Miami Beach Convention Center Its within walking or a 4 min drive to any place within the Coral Gables business district There's a Navarro pharmacy which is more of a medium size grocery store within a 3 minute walk. You can find food, toiletries, wine and meds all in one place. This neighborhood is also known for it's historical value not only to Miami but to the state of Florida. It is the oldest part of town and therefore very quaint without being touristy.
