This home is custom built equipped with 5-star amenities, single story, 5 bedrooms with two masters incl 900 sq ft guest house, and 4 bath, sleeps 12 comfortably in beds. Large gated half acre property offers great privacy in resort setting and a half basketball court. Private Pool, Hot tub, rock water fall and slide, putting green, basketball, shuffle board, play structure, privately gated on circular driveway. This gorgeous 3400 Sq. ft. home features, Italian leather sofas, memory foam mattresses, and tile throughout. It also comes with double stacked laundry room with a large Samsung washer and dryer and complimentary laundry detergent. All towels, linens, iron are all included for your convenience. Master bedrooms are both very large and private, perfect for sharing amongst family or colleagues. This home was built and remodelled by owners who lived in the property for several years before moving out, and so all furnishings and upgrades are owner level higher end, not rental.
Property is privately owned and operated by the hosts. They have Premier status with other companies where they advertise their listing such as vrbo as they have consistently achieved Five star ratings, and have been doing so since 2014.
