Guests of this 4 bedroom luxurious house in the heart of Hollywood Florida will benefit of a private pool in tropical backyard and patio as well as proximity to the beach and many points of interest. This elegant and modern, freshly renovated house is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay; you will only have to bring your clothes and toothbrush, beach towel and groceries . This house comfortably accommodates up to 18 people. They will also benefit of a fully equipped modern kitchen with all necessary tools, smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms and living room, cable TV with local channels (only in the living room and one of the bedrooms), high speed wifi, patio furniture and chairs, 2 modern full bathrooms. There are two comfortable beds in every bedroom, closets in each bedroom, a beautifully decorated living room with a sofa bed, a separate laundry room. *Roll-away single beds are also available upon request only.* Basic necessities are also provided: 1 bath towel/guest (or more depending on the length of the stay), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, drying racks, soap, coffee, sugar etc. This property does not allow local residents within 100 miles radius, groups under 25 years of age, events, parties , photo shoots. This house comfortably accommodates up to 18 people. Please note that you will have to provide a valid copy of your government photo ID with a current residential address within 48 hours after the booking. The house is in a quiet, safe and family oriented neighborhood in Hollywood, FL. If you decide to leave this private tropical oasis, it is a 5 minutes (1.9 miles) drive to Hollywood North Beach Park or 8 minute drive to the famous Hollywood Boardwalk that stretched nearly two miles along the ocean offering many choices of restaurants and entertainment along the beach. The property is also conveniently situated close to many points of interest. Grocery stores, drugstore, coffee shops, restaurants, malls - you name it - are all a few minutes away. It is a 5 minute drive to the charming old town Hollywood shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, Young Circle park and its multiple food trucks (some days of the week), and arts/music center. The new Dania Pointe outdoor mall where you can enjoy shopping and dining is 10 min by car. It is 10 minutes away from Fort Lauderdale international airport and Port Everglades, and around 40 minutes from Miami Airport. Downtown Miami is 30 minutes away by car. The house is a couple of minutes away from natural reserves and parks where you can rent kayaks, paddle boats, jet skis, paddle boards or bikes, take a guided boat tour or do some fishing. The Anne Kolb Nature Centre at West Lake Park offers picturesque walking trails and canals in the mangroves, aquarium and observation tower. There are many golfing options near by. The Eco Golf Club is a couple of blocks away. The legendary Jackson's Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant is a 5 minutes drive and is a must try. Aventura Mall is 10 minutes away and Sawgrass Mills is 20 minutes away. The property is also centrally located to Gulfstream Park Racetrack, Hard Rock Casino and Dania Beach Casino. The outside exterior premises of the house are under 24 hours video/audio surveillance cameras and a ring camera for your own safety. To respect your privacy, the outside cameras are only pointed towards the entrance of the house and lot, facing the driveway in front , on the side of house
