The home has been carefully prepared as we would have liked it and maintained to ensure your complete comfort and enjoyment. This home is privately owned by ourselves, and we would ask you to treat your surroundings with respect so that future guests may enjoy the same degree of comfort and cleanliness. There are complimentary coffee, water, and coke cans in the refrigerator.

If you love to walk, Formosa Winery is nearby; mini-golf, some essential shops, and a few restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Red Lobster are all within an easy walk, and the restaurants of Sunset Walk at Margaritaville are just a bit further…

This exclusive estate is situated near the new Margaritaville Resort, Waterpark, and Sunset Walk. It is a quiet area, yet so convenient for all Orlando has to offer.
The prestigious Formosa Gardens area in Kissimmee is opposite Disney's Animal Kingdom and just a few genuine miles from Disney's World. You can't get closer. Accessed directly from Highway 192.
