The company was established in 2014 with the sole purpose of welcoming guests and travelers to experience Fort Lauderdale. Our company is owner operated and we hope to give you a chance to stay in an affordable and functional home in sunny South Florida. We manage several houses/apartments/townhomes in the same neighborhood to ensure we are always nearby and available for our guests. In addition to the owners, we have several support staff including a guest relations manager, maintenance manager and speciality technicians who can be called to help if there is ever any problems. Although communication is always available , we prefer a hands off method and provide self check in and support through messaging so you never even have to call if you dont want to.

This house is a triplex home in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It features a spacious two bedroom apartment fully equipped with living room, kitchen ,work station, dining area and a private yard to lounge and enjoy our sunny weather. We also have a studio apartment next door with its own private entrance that features a kitchenette, bath, dining area and closet. All units have flat screen smart tv's to allow you to stream your favorite tv options. This home is very close by to the interstate allowing you to be in Miami, the airport or other cities super fast. We can't wait to host you while you enjoy great weather, and a home away from home.

10 minutes to Fort Lauderale airport. Walking distance to public rail station (Tri-Rail), 15 minute drive to the beach. This is a residential neighborhood on a quiet street.
