See bears, bobcats & mountain lions 1 mile away at the Squam Lakes Science Center. A perfect place for your family to vacation! This cottage shares the 2.3 acres and 585 feet of lake frontage with other cabins and suites on the property. The outside common areas include a beautiful sandy beach, fire pits, picnic tables, bbq grills and outdoor activities. This cottage has the best yard on the property. The 1 bedroom has a queen and full bed in addition to the queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Keycode locks allow guests to check in at their convenience. The code will be sent to the guests prior to arrival. Smoking is only permitted on the property at the designated smoking areas near the parking lot. Although we love pets, unfortunately this is a pet free property. There are multiple pet boarding facilities close by. Guests have access to all rooms in the cottage. It is encouraged for guests to explore the property both on the land and on the water. The kayaks, canoes and paddle boards are free to use!
