The Pavilion (available at an extra fee), Old Greenwood's family oasis, consists of an adult pool, family pool, kiddie splash pool, water slides, hot tub, playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, games room, fitness center and spa. Old Greenwood is also home to the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Old Greenwood truly offers something for everyone - kids and kids at heart! *Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $12 per person per night for all registered guests ages 4 years and over. The maximum nightly fee charged is $72 (6 guests). Additional registered guests are free, up to 12 people per day. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay. There will be no refund for days/passes not used.
