Located at the base of Old Mission Peninsula, 3 blocks from East Bay Park and 2 miles from downtown, you’ll find everything in close proximity. Quiet area off 8th street located just off the base of Old Mission Peninsula and close proximity to Northwestern Michigan College. • East Bay Park: 3 blocks • Downtown: 2 miles • Cherry Capital Airport: 2 miles • Black Star Farms Old Mission: 4 Miles • Village at Grand Traverse Commons: 4 miles (Left Foot Charley, Earthen Ales, Stella, PepeNero, Sugar to Salt, Higher Grounds, + more!) • Brys Estate Winery – Old Mission Peninsula: 11 miles • Jolly Pumpkin – Old Mission Peninsula: 12 miles • Two K Farms – Leelanau Peninsula: 14 miles The area is walkable but you will find Uber and Lyft available for quick rides to downtown. There is one dedicated parking spot.
