This Indian Rocks Beach oceanfront condo offers guests beautiful Gulf views from the balcony and easy access to area attractions, not to mention a shared pool and hot tub at the complex. Guests will enjoy cable TV in every room and a private washer/dryer. Several dining options are available right across the street, and JD's also offers drinks, music, and dancing. Boating and fishing are popular area activities, and nearby attractions include the Indian Rocks Historical Museum, Splash Harbour Water Park, Florida Botanical Gardens, and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Other options include the Largo Golf Course and Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, which is fun for the whole family! <b>Things to Know</b> The full kitchen does not have a dishwasher. As of October 23, 2023, an emergency beach dune restoration project will occur along two zones in Indian Rocks Beach. (The two zones are 23rd Ave. to 28th Ave. and White Hearst Avenue to Central Avenue.) Once the project begins the public can expect hundreds of trucks per day in the area, which will cause traffic delays. Beach access will be limited. Air-conditioning service is scheduled for July. The process will take 30-45 minutes per unit.
