“Breakfast was good, room was comfortable. The only bad thing was at check in, the lady at the check in was not very helpful ,apparently the third party where I book the stay had cancel the reservation even do I had a confirmation from the hotel. She said I had to make another reservation and I say ok thats find just honor my price , she say we can't do that and it wasnt until I ask to speak to the manager wich was very nice and resolve the issue. He said without asking that He was going to match the price! The lady should have been more sensitive to the situation. That make me feel very bad . The rest of the stay was very good, we went to the spa and had a very good experience, they were very professionals.”
