The room is really nice and clean, the breakfast and kickback(complimentary evening snacks) we consider it as a free dinner. The shuttle bus departs on time. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Our stay was very peaceful, the room has a lot of space with comfortable beds and a kitchen, which in our case helped a lot. I want to especially thank Jarell, he was very kind and helpful! The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Disney parks and with several restaurant options, outlets are also very close, around 5 minutes by car.

I love the closest of the property to all of the attractions. Very cleanly facilities. Anelle was super friendly, very attentive, very knowledgeable and amazing customer service skills. She is the reason why I read the property at 10 out of 10 and I think she needs a shout out for all the great work she does to uphold the Hyatt standard that I’m used to.

Breakfast was perfect, is very convenient to have a starbucks inside the hotel, breakfast wasn’t include in my deal but however the hotel give me 2 gift cards that i used in starbucks, excellent attention! 100% Recommended
