This condo is the closest to the parking entrance and offers a convenient wooded rear lot behind a screened-in porch with front and rear access–it's ideal for easy access after a day at the beach without dragging beach gear through the condo. Inside, you'll be surrounded by pristine white walls and an open layout that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen boasts all the cookware and appliances the chef of the group could need to surprise everyone with mouth-watering and cost-saving meals, finger foods, snacks, and so much more! There is even a dishwasher to help you do the dishes once mealtime is over. The breakfast table seats three and is a great addition to the dining table, which offers space for up to four more people. Adjoining both areas is the living room, a great place to unwind where comfort knows no limits. It features a sofa, an armchair, and a comfortable recliner right in front of a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV.

You'll be sitting just a short walk to the beach and from the large community pool. There is a pedestrian-controlled light on the highway for safe crossing to the beach. You'll also be within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and beverage stops. Short distance to bus stops for quick inexpensive transportation to boards, parks, and all desirable OC attractions. Things to know: Snowbird-friendly Heat is normally not supplied but will be only on request as this is a summer rental only. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
