This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is situated at the laid back Hawaiian resort of Papakea. Enjoy a Mai Thai while you relax to the sound of the ocean. From your private lanai you can enjoy views of the island of Lanai and even spot some whale activity during the winter months. Step inside to the fully remodeled open living space. This fully-equipped condo includes quality cabinets throughout, tile floors, granite countertops and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal in! Also in the condo you’ll enjoy the recently installed carpet in the bedroom and a brand new easy-glide wide lanai door and a new window AC unit to help cool things down on those warmer days. Beautifully furnished and Hawaiian inspired decor will help you feel at ease as you kick back and relax. The bedroom includes a Queen size bed; just off the bedroom is the fully remodeled bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. For additional guests, the unit sleeps up to 4 total, the couch in the living room can convert to a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper.

Additional Description: Papakea Resort is located at North Ka'anapali Beach and features 13 acres of lush landscaped grounds, fresh water koi ponds, two heated oceanfront pools, 2 large hot tubs, 12 gas BBQ grills, 2 twelve-hole putting greens, 2 shuffleboard courts, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 pickleball courts, complimentary concierge services and a 24 hour front desk/security service as well as plenty of open parking. The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, food trucks, grocery stores, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Papakea is just a short drive from both Ka’anapali and Kapalua world class golf courses. There is a cool, grassy lawn just outside the unit, along with beautiful beaches within walking distance. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle and dolphin spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. Each evening, tiki torches light up the grounds for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. Please note: Papakea charges a 17 dollar/day facility fee for your first 10 consecutive days in a 30-day period. The fee includes a parking permit, Wifi throughout the resort, cable, and local calls during your stay. Additional vehicles are 5 dollars a day. This is collected by the Front Desk upon arrival. When booking with My Perfect Stays, your unit comes with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. A complimentary set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body soap as well as starter essentials will also be provided upon arrival.
