Enjoy this spacious apartment unit, Located among retail shopping centers, parks, and restaurants. Minutes away from public transportation. Each room has a secured lock and code for access only to the guest. All guest have access to the dining room and living room with patio access for outdoor sitting. Queen sized beds in 3 rooms with a Bunk in the 4th bedroom. Entry into building is accessed by code, for security and safety. The property stands in-between Chicago and the Indiana state line. We're 3 minutes from the Dan Ryan Expressway and walking distance to public transportation. We DO NOT have an attendant onsite. Communication is by email, phone or DM. All guest 18yrs and older are required to provide Photo ID, Military ID or Passport. Please send a copy of one these after booking is confirmed to ensure your arrival goes smoothly without any interruptions. No ID, No Entry. We have 2 security cameras located outside each entry door, one in the foyer of the building facing the front door of the apartment and one facing the back door on the deck. They are motion sensored and run 24hrs 7 days a week. We require ALL GUEST over 18 years old to send a copy of photo ID, Military ID or Passport before access codes are given out. No ID, No entry ⛔️ Our place is cleaned, sanitized and stocked after every House Rules: NO PARTIES, EVENTS, MEETINGS, LARGE GATHERINGS OR EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISES - violation of any house rules will result in IMMEDIATE reservation termination and violation of capacity and damages fees will be applied. Out of respect for our neighbors regarding noise and parking the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF GUESTS CANNOT EXCEED 8, NO EXCEPTIONS!! (occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at anytime). Noises levels should be at a minimum between 8pm-8am.

The Apartment is fully equipped with all your basic needs. The Entire apartment is yours. The building was built in 1905, it still has its original floors with a few modern upgrades to the aesthetics of the property. Please be advised that the building was built not too far from The Historical Pullman Monument. We want to preserve its historic beauty as best as possible. This 4 bedroom 1 bath apartment is located on the 1st floor in a 3-flat building. There are permanent residents who reside in the building on the ground and 3rd floor. The property is maintained daily by a property manager who can be reached if any concerns arise. We are located within the city limits, meaning there's noises from public transportation and daily traffic ongoing during the day. Gwendolyn Brooks College Prep Academy High school is less than a mile away. There's also a recreational park nearby with basketball courts. There are several stairs inside the building that leads up to the front door of the apartment. Although the building is over a century years old, brand new appliances, furniture, and beds have been implemented to give it a modern day look and feel. Our place can hold up to 8 guest comfortably. There are outdoor terraces for outdoor sitting or dining. There is also a deck in the rear. There is a front yard that is fenced in with grass and flowers with a beautiful curb appeal.
