Our units are SELF CHECK-IN. If you haven't received the address or the door codes 30 minutes before your check-in, please CALL US! ** PARKING ** Parking in St. Pete can be challenging! ONSITE PARKING IS PAID parking only - YOU MUST REQUEST A PARKING PASS IN ADVANCE. We have only a limited number of spots available, so please pre-purchase the pass at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No campers/RVs are allowed. You have other options for parking! There is street parking after 10 pm; please read the signs. In addition, there are several parking garages within walking distance, such as Sundial, SP+Parking, and MAACM. Please inquire with them for rates and other information. ** KITCHEN ** Our kitchens are ready for light cooking. If you're staying long-term or discover something is amiss, please let us know, and we will do our best to get you covered. ** SHARED SPACES ** Our buildings have common spaces that are shared among our guests. We ask everyone to respect each other and follow the rules for an enjoyable coexistence. ** TALK TO US ** Hosting is challenging sometimes.
