The house itself is an oasis from all the exciting activities in the valley. With 3,000 square feet of living space, our 4 bedroom/3 bath home in the Kierland Commons area has much to offer. A quiet and secluded home but with easy access to everything. It's only 2 miles from AZ-51 freeway and about 4.6 miles from AZ-101 freeway. The location makes getting to most destinations in the valley a breeze: Metropolitan Phoenix, North Scottsdale, Downtown Scottsdale, Mesa, Glendale, and Anthem. This home away from home comes with a private pool and NO additional cost to heat the pool. Outdoor amenities include chaise loungers, a dining table, and a BBQ gas grill. For entertainment, the home also comes with a large Pool table, Ping Pong, several board games, and flatscreen TV's throughout including 200+ TV Channels. DEPOSIT: We collect 500 Dollars refundable deposit prior to check in. This is fully refundable if all the rules are followed. PET FEE: We collect a 150 dollars non refundable fee from guests prior to check in.
