Location, location, location! This townhouse is located in West Ocean City in the Seaside Village community. It is the prime spot for capturing all of your vacation memories. From the moment you arrive, you will undoubtedly feel relaxed on either of the two decks or walk out to the lower level patio taking in the direct waterfront views overlooking the community's on-site marina that leads straight out to the bay. Talk about beautiful sunsets - you have the perfect spot to catch them all. SunnyG's is just over one mile from the front door to the famous Ocean City boardwalk. If you are a biking enthusiast, make sure to bring your bike along and enjoy cool summer morning breezes while riding over the Route 50 bridge up to the boardwalk, where you are permitted to ride directly on the boardwalk daily until noon between June 15th and September 3rd, and all day for the rest of the year.
