3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage nestled hillside in a peaceful, secluded setting on river channel that leads directly into the South end of Port Bay which then offers water access to Lake Ontario. Features updated kitchen, open concept living/dining room & enclosed porch. Deck overlooks sloped and serene backyard where wildlife & fishing is plenty. Complimentary use of 3 kayaks, pedal boat, fire pit, grill & floating dock. Home has a window A/C unit in living room. Central location to many activities (beaches, wineries, farms, fishing holes) or use home for a quiet retreat to relax, recharge and rest. Our cottage is located nearby the Port Bay golf course. Please plan to boat or drive to access the surrounding activities. Water levels cannot be guaranteed.
Hi and thank you for choosing Serene Port Bay Cottage! We have been hosting our property since 2018 and also enjoying using it for our family. We hope you make just as many memories as we make at our cottage. My family enjoys bringing our boat to Port Bay, exploring the bluffs out on Lake Ontario, and of course, the kids go nuts for swimming, tubing and fishing. We spend our evenings around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows and telling stories. We like to explore the local area and really enjoy our sandy beaches with the kids. Feel free to reach out should you have any questions!
The cottage is set up on a hill in a quiet neighborhood, where you will see a variety of wildlife and enjoy a peaceful stay. Please be mindful of your outside noise and respect quiet hours between 10pm-7am. You will need a vehicle to get to the property. Vehicles should only park at top of property and walk down hill to access home. There are two spaces and feel free to use upper lawn space/side of road in front of cottage to park additional vehicles or boat trailers.
