Welcome to your spacious studio directly on the Piscataqua River in downtown Portsmouth. This lovely abode is just a short walk to all of Portsmouth's shops and restaurants and a stones throw from the best roof-top restaurant and taco bar in town. This relaxing condo offers a queen bed with 600 thread-count sheets, one full bath, a vibrant dining area, a large screen TV with full WIFI and ROKU access, washer/dryer, and a casual contemporary ambiance to make you feel right at home.
Hello, I’m Jess! I grew up in the Berkshires, but fell in love with Portsmouth after I graduated from UNH, and I’ve pretty much been living here ever since. I own a marketing agency here in town, called Hawthorn Creative, and my husband is a Physician. We’re raising our three children and we are all enjoying the seacoast lifestyle. I’m honored you’ve considered my Airbnb as basecamp for your Portsmouth adventure, and I’m happy to help make your stay a memorable one.
This condo is a short 3 minute walk to the heart of downtown Portsmouth. It’s located in a very safe area with other condos, apartments and residential homes around it. If you are bringing a pet, please bring a leash and doggie bags. While this unit does not have a lawn, there are a couple of quiet residential streets right around the corner where you can walk your pup. There is also a dog park at South Mill Pond which is 0.8 miles from this unit. All of the windows in this unit open up to lovely water views overlooking the Piscataqua River, and allow for wonderful sea breezes all summer long.
