Hi! We're Kevin and Jennifer. We've lived in Downtown Dunedin for over 20 years. We are proud hosts of several vacation rentals, some owned by us and some owned by friends.

Only steps away from all the best restaurants, breweries, shops and activities in Dunedin. Dunedin was voted one of the best walking towns in America. Just a short drive to beaches including Honeymoon Island and Clearwater Beach. If you don’t feel like driving you can just relax in the pool.

Our cozy home sits only footsteps away from Main Street. You can walk to restaurants, breweries, shops, the Dunedin Marina, farmer's markets, festivals, the new Toronto Blue Jays Stadium, Tai Chi Center, and much more! We are also perfectly located a short distance to America's best beaches. For a more laid back hangout with less tourists, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island are about 5 miles north of us . About 5 miles south us is one of the top beaches in the country, Clearwater Beach where you’ll find lots of shopping, water sport rentals, restaurants, and more! The Pinellas Trail is just a short walk from us, so bring your own bikes or rent them from Kafe Racer right off the trail! If you are feeling a bit adventurous for some fun day trips, we are only a two hour drive from Florida’s best theme parks: Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and Busch Gardens.
