Grab your skis, and invite your friends. New Hampshire paradise and adventure awaits. Less than 5 minutes from your front door to the slopes, this house is the prefect ski getaway. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home can pack your family and friends for a winter full of family fun and adventure. Steps from the lake and your own private sandy beach, enjoy kayaking, paddle-boarding, country skiing, miles of trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or just cozying up with a book. Something here for everyone!

The closest grocery store is Shaw’s in Newport. Hannafords in new London is also close by (and has a liquor store next door the one next to Shaw’s is closed due to the pandemic. We own all the land from the main road to the point, so you are free to roam around. My kids love to sit out on the rocks at the point. There is a shared fire pit out by the point you are welcome to use, and also a portable metal pit next to the grill, we usually move down to the beach. If you like pizza, You must try Ziggys pizza at the top of the road.. Is amazing. I highly suggest the Big Macnamara... It tastes like a Big Mac and is incredible! If you are interested in walking if you go through ziggy's parking lot and all the way down Hamel road there are some really pretty trails that go around the lake back there. It is a nice easy relatively flat hike.
