Set only minutes from downtown Austin and the Ladybird lake trail, this newly built luxury four bedroom, three bathroom plus loft luxury downtown townhome has a plunge pool, and full outdoor kitchen to make the most of the Texan sunshine. Inside, an open concept living space with fireplace, flat-screen TV and chef’s kitchen is sure to please. But when the weather’s too nice to stay indoors, head out to the private plunge pool, or take advantage of the gas fireplace and outdoor kitchen to grill up a storm. Set only minutes from downtown, you have a great view of the Austin skyline from the patio. Gaze out and plan the day’s adventures. Walk down to the lake and enjoy the boardwalk hike - and bike trail around downtown. INSIDE THE HOUSE Inside, an open concept living space with luxury interior finishing is drenched with light from the large sliding doors out to the yard. A sofa and two armchairs face the fireplace, above which is mounted a 72” TV. In an adjoining space, a wooden dining table seats 4, with bar seating for another 4 along the kitchen island. The chef’s kitchen is sure to please with granite-topped counters, stainless steel appliances and lots of space to whip up your best dishes. But if the weather tempts you outdoors, there’s no need to give up on your gourmet meal: a built in outdoor kitchen stands pride of place in the covered patio area, which also boasts a gas fireplace and outdoor seating. Outside, too, is a private plunge pool and fenced in yard for privacy from the street. There are four bedrooms and a loft in this spacious two-level townhome, making it ideal for larger groups. The master bedroom has a king bed and there are queens in the next three bedrooms. Kids will love the loft bedroom space with a twin foldout - or use it as a second living area! There are three full bathrooms, each with marble-topped vanities: there are tub/shower combos in the two guest bathrooms and a walk in shower and double vanity in the master.
