This Marriot vacation club Queen Villa Studio is at the corner of Maggie Pond in the village on Main St & Park Ave.
You are in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops (including ski rentals) in the village as well as on Main St. & Park Ave.

- Quicksilver chairlift via Charter ski rental, closest to Village ski school
- Full size heated lap outdoor swim up pool and outdoor hot tubs.
- Resort own shower (2 stalls)
There are two main grocery stores in Breckenridge:
- City Mart (quick 5 min drive or 7-10 min bus ride from Park ave) closes at 11pm
- Breckenridge Market & Liquor (walkable) 311 S Ridge St, closes at 9pm
