Located on an acre of grass in a semi-rural neighborhood. Recently remodeled/updated with new kitchen, bathrooms & flooring throughout. ⨯ 1 minute to Corridor H for quick access to Elkins, Weston, etc. ⨯ 2 minutes to downtown Buckhannon ⨯ 2 minutes to the Event Center & National Guard Armory ⨯ 5 minutes to Wesleyan

Neighborhood info

Brushy Fork is a two lane road that acts as the bypass for Buckhannon. Most homes sit on large lots. Even given its "bypass" status Brushy Fork is not heavily traveled. The local movie theater is in walking distance but most shopping, restaurants, attractions, etc. will require a car. The Brushy Fork Event Center and National Guard Armory are close and the airport is a five minute drive.
