comfy bed, nice kitchen and our room was right off the inner courtyard which was lovely. the pool, pool lounge and other amenities were great! we requested extra towels via the Sonder app and they were delivered within an hour. check in/check out was seamless and the checkout instructions were clear and requirements were minimum.

      After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note, the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The hot tub is located across the street in Building B. We can only accept packages, mail for 30 night or more reservations. Any packages, mail must be addressed to our central office at 2141 E Highland Ave, Ste. A150, Phenix, AZ 85016. These can then be delivered to your room by a Sonder Employe or picked up in the same office during our business hours. Construction noise is present due to new development. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phenix Ordinance Section 10 195c. The City of Phenix short term registration for this property is 2020 0717. Vacation Rental License Number Arizona TPT 21272237. Paid parking is 15 USD per night and is non refundable and valid from check in to check out. You acknowledge and agree that Sonder is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities.
