THERE WILL BE NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH RESTORATION AND REPAIRS** Located in the South Seas Island Resort on beautiful Captiva Island, Beach Villa 2428 is a nicely updated condo that overlooks The Gulf of Mexico. This unit has everything you need to make your tropical vacation a peaceful and relaxing one! With two bedrooms, two baths and a sleeper sofa, this unit can sleep up to six guests comfortably. CONDO FEATURES South Seas Beach Villa 2428 features an open floor plan in the main living area, that allows you to enjoy views of The Gulf without having to leave your private lanai. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom has two twins, smart TV, and a bathroom in the main living area. If you’re not enjoying a day out on the famous white beaches of Captiva, go enjoy a dip in the community pool, picnic with the family at the community BBQ grills, or bike around the beautiful island! 3-night minimum stay. South Seas Island Resort is a prestigious gated community located on the northern tip of Captiva Island. The Beach Villas offer access to 3 swimming pools and gas BBQ grills. This is a privately-owned property located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort and is not subject to Resort Amenities but offers many shops and restaurants within walking distance that are open to the public.
