After booking your stay, you will receive a check-in form from us. This form requires you to upload your identification which is securely shared with our company in order to secure your stay as well as verify your identity for your online payment. We require that the name on your method of payment matches the name on your reservation; if you use a method of payment that has a name other than the one that booked the reservation you will need to also upload photo identification for the person listed on the payment method as well as the person listed on the reservation. Lastly, we are partnered with Know Your Guest (Superhog) – the leading vacation insurance provider. Before the booking begins, you will need to verify your details with Know Your Guest and pay a refundable damage deposit of five hundred dollars or buy a non refundable damage waiver of fifty dollars. Please make sure you complete this prior to check-in to avoid delays with your access to the property.
