Country quiet - take a break from the busy and relax in a spacious home all to yourself with beautiful views of pastures and the Emmett foothills. This home is located close to town, restaurants, grocery stores and the rodeo fairgrounds. Enjoy a large, open floor plan (3 bed, 2 bath) with an open kitchen with skylights. The back porch has a covered patio and gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. The ETownHouse Airbnb less than one-mile from the heart of Emmett.
I have been a landlord for 10+ years and wanted to mix things up by offering this home specifically as an Airbnb. So starting in June 2019, I could not have been more excited to start this journey with the ETownHouse! It offers guests a peaceful place to relax in the country, yet is still only a mile from town. We have enjoyed sharing it with the world over the last few years. Please enjoy what the ETownHouse has to offer in the small town of Emmett, Idaho. The ETownHouse Airbnb shares a split driveway with our neighbors and is surrounded by local pastures. It also has a great view of the foothills and mountains. Goats, cows, horses and sometimes even pigs can be found on the back pasture of this property. The ETownHouse is about 20-minutes from Eagle and 30-60 minutes from Meridian, Nampa, and Boise or Ontario, Oregon. Black Canyon Reservoir is nearby and destination mountain towns like McCall, Idaho are only a few hours away. Welcome to the ETownHouse! This is a great place to be. It is best to message me. If you need to call please message prior so I can be looking for your call. I get a lot of spam and don't always answer quickly.
Quiet county living, Peaceful location Close to the gem county fairgrounds and rodeo (3 minutes), sawyers pond, Emmett Cherry Festival and town. Less than 3 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, gas and movies in the town of Emmett. Five minutes from the local high school, 5-10 minutes from the elementary. We are 6 minutes from Fourth Street Gardens, 13 minutes from Willow Grove Events, 14 minutes from Bissel Creek Meadows, 8 minutes from Bertao Mesa Wedding and Events, 14 minutes to The Flats 16 Restaurant and Event Center.
