Please inquire for larger groups! - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS – WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? Check-in is after 4PM local time and check out is 11AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check-in or late check-out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!). WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter our pools are kept around 83 degrees and the hot tub can set to desired temperature of up to 102. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? Property is furnished with a microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, high end drip coffee maker (ground beans), hot water boiler, toaster, waffle maker, Vitamix blender, portable blue tooth speaker and fly fans. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee.
