PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to use the property as a wedding or event venue, you will be required to pay a site fee, and you will be required to use one of our wedding/event vendors. Please contact our office for more information. Relax on the beach or be as active as you want. There are 2 brand new paddle boards for our guests to enjoy! The area is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. The House is a uniquely designed waterfront resort split into three suites and the 3BR main house. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art appliances and a brand new Nespresso machine. Each suite has a kitchenette, equipped with dishes and utensils as well. Each suite has a deck furnished with lounge chairs and patio furniture so you can take in the waterfront atmosphere. A grill and laundry facilities are on premises. The Sunset Beach House offers a unique opportunity to celebrate a wedding at your own private resort. Our property has space for up to 24 people to stay overnight and a large backyard reception area for up to 100 guests.

Treasure Island is coastal town approximately 2 miles South of John’s Pass Boardwalk on Madeira Beach which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. The region is a haven for boaters, beach-goers, shoppers, tennis players, golfers and nature enthusiasts. For those looking to explore the area, Tampa Bay offers a variety of activities, from adventure sports like kayaking, jet skiing, parasailing, sightseeing trips and deep sea fishing, to upscale shopping and dining experiences in downtown St. Petersburg. Feel like riding some roller coasters while in town? Busch Gardens in Tampa is approximately an hour drive away or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in 2 hours. The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit Pinellas County beaches! Ideally located in the heart of Treasure Island, the Hidden Treasure is within walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and bars and a community park that hosts a number of markets and events.
